Drive Motor Rotor Position Sensor: Service and Repair

Motor Rotor Position Sensor Removal/Installation

1. Remove the IMA motor housing.




2. Disconnect the motor rotor position sensor connector (A).
3. Remove the bolts, and the motor rotor position sensor (B).
4. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Tighten the bolts (C) first, then tighten the bolts (D).

5. Do the motor rotor position calibration procedure.
