Detachable Console Disassembly/Reassembly

Special Tools Required
KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014*

NOTE:
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.
- Take care not to scratch the console or the related parts.
- Remove the detachable console.
- Pull out the front beverage holder (A) to detach the clips (B, C), then remove it.
- Remove the front panel (A).
- Remove the screws.
- Release the hook (B), and pull out the panel to detach the clips.
- Remove the screws, then remove the lock (A).
- Pull out the rear beverage holder (A) to detach the clips (B, C), then remove it.
- Remove the rear trim (A).
- Remove the screws.
- Pull out the trim to detach the clips.
- Remove the screws, and release the projection (A), then remove the lid (B).
- Remove the torque hinge (A) from the lid (B).
- Remove the screw.
- Remove the E-clip (C).
- Pull out the torque hinge.
- Remove the screws, then remove the detachable console dampers (A).
- Reassemble the detachable console in the reverse order of disassembly, and note these items:
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips, the hooks, and the projection into place securely.
