DTC B2482: Combination Light Switch Signal Error

NOTE:
If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A (see
TROUBLESHOOTING - B-CAN SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS TEST MODE A
).
- Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), and then back to ON (II).
- Turn the headlight switch ON and then back OFF.
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B2482 indicated?
YES -Go to step 5.
NO -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections between the combination light switch and the headlight leveling control unit.
NOTE: There is no direct connection between the combination light switch and the headlight leveling control unit. Contact between them is via B-CAN. - Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Are any other DTCs indicated?
YES -Go to the INDICATED DTCS TROUBLESHOOTING .
NO -Replace the headlight leveling control unit (see HEADLIGHT LEVELING CONTROL UNIT INPUT TEST/REPLACEMENT ).
