Anti-Theft Feature

The audio unit has a coded theft protection circuit. Make sure you have the anti-theft code before:

• Disconnecting the battery.
• Disconnecting the audio unit connector A (24P).
• Removing the No. 5 (20A) fuse from the under-dash fuse/relay box.

When the audio unit is reconnected to the power and the ignition switch is turned to ON (II), "ENTER CODE" is displayed. Then, enter the 4-digit anti-theft code.

When replacing the audio unit, be sure to give the customer the new anti-theft code.
