July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Heater-A/C Control Panel Removal/Installation

  1. Remove the center panel:
  2. Remove the control cables from the blower/heater unit (see MODE CONTROL CABLE REMOVAL/ INSTALLATION ).
  3. Pull out the right portion of the instrument panel (see INSTRUMENT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  4. Remove the screw, and pull out the heater-A/C control panel (A) to access the electrical connectors.

  5. Disconnect the connectors, and remove the heater-A/C control panel along with the control cables.
  6. Install the control panel in the reverse order of removal. After installation, operate the controls to make sure they work properly.
