Voice Control Switch Test

Remove the steering wheel
Remove the voice control switch (see STEERING WHEEL DISASSEMBLY/REASSEMBLY ).

Measure the resistance between terminals No. 2 and No. 4 in each switch position according to the table below.

Position	Resistance
No buttons pressed	About 10 kΩ
Talk button pressed	About 2.2 kΩ
Back button pressed	About 660 Ω

If the resistance is not as specified, replace the voice control switch (see STEERING WHEEL DISASSEMBLY/REASSEMBLY ).
