Rearview Camera Removal/Installation

  1. Remove the tailgate lower trim panel (see TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - TAILGATE AREA ).
  2. Disconnect the rearview camera 6P connector and the licence plate light sub harness 4P connector (A).

  3. Remove the nuts (A) and release the clips (B). Pull the rear license trim (C) away from the tailgate, then remove the grommet (D) from the tailgate and carefully pull the connector through the hole in the tailgate.

  4. Remove the connectors and detach the harness clip (A) from the rear license trim.

  5. Remove the screws and rearview camera (B).
  6. Install the rearview camera in the reverse order of removal.
