DTC P0607

DTC P0607  : PCM Internal Circuit Malfunction

NOTE: 

• Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information - Refer to: How to Troubleshoot the Fuel and Emissions Systems .
• DTC P0607 is stored at the same time as any of DTC P1xxx caused by the PCM internal failure. Troubleshoot those DTCs indicated at the same time as DTC P0607 first, then recheck for P0607.

DTC (PGM-FI)

1. Problem verification

   - 1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

   - 2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.

   - 3. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.

   DTC Description	Confirmed DTC	Pending DTC	Freeze Frame

   Are any of DTC P1xxx indicated at the same time as DTC P0607?

   YES 

   Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting.

   NO 

   Go to step 1-2 and recheck. If DTC P0607 is indicated again, substitute a known-good PCM - Refer to: PCM Removal and Installation (9-Speed A/T) (2019 2020 2021), or PCM Removal and Installation (6-Speed A/T), ('16-'18 9-Speed A/T) . If DTC P0607 goes away and the PCM was substituted, replace the original PCM - Refer to: PCM Removal and Installation (6-Speed A/T), ('16-'18 9-Speed A/T), or PCM Removal and Installation (9-Speed A/T) (2019 2020 2021) .
