Catalytic Converter Inspection: Inspection

TWC - Remove
- Remove the warm up TWC
- Remove the under-floor TWC

TWC - Inspect

1. Plug up the hole(s) other than main exhaust gas route.

2. Using a flashlight visually check for plugging, melting, or cracking of the catalyst. Replace the TWC if any of the visible area is damaged or plugged.
