PGM-FI System Description - Maintenance Mode

The maintenance mode enables the engine to be started intentionally, and various tests, inspections, learning procedures, and adjustments while engine running to be done.

When the vehicle is switched to the maintenance mode, some functions are stopped, and the multi-information display and related indicators in the gauge control module come on to indicate the activation of the maintenance mode.

The maintenance mode can be cancelled by turning the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
