Confirmation Procedure

Perform the following procedures in order. If the failure is duplicated, the confirmation procedure is completed.

• Procedure 1
  • Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
  • Select the HDS [Function Test].
  • If the test result is not OK, the failure is duplicated.

• Procedure 2
  • Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
  • Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
  • Test-drive the vehicle under these conditions:

    * Vehicle speed between 45 mph (70 km/h) for 10 minutes

    * Transmission in 6th

    * HDS [Throttle VLV] value is less than 7 deg

    * HDS [APP Sensor] value is less than 10 %
