Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel tank module. Refer to Fuel Tank Module Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: View Of Fuel Level Sensor Electrical Connector

  3. Disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector from the module.

  5. Complete the following in order to remove the fuel level sensor from the module assembly:
    1. Disengage the locking tab from the sensor.
    2. Slide the sensor downward from the module.
