Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Stability Control Module Bracket & Nuts

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  1. If removed, install the stability control module bracket and the nuts (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  2. Fig 2: Stability Control Module

  3. Install the stability control module (1) to the bracket.

  5. Press the stability control module into the module bracket locking tabs (1).
  6. Connect the stability control module electrical connectors.
  7. Install the left rear compartment side trim panel. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement .
  8. Program the stability control module. Refer to Control Module References .
  9. Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle .
