Removal Procedure

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Remove the left rear compartment side trim panel. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the stability control module electrical connectors.
  4. Release the stability control module from the module bracket locking tabs (1).

  6. Lift the stability control module (1) from the bracket and remove the stability control module.

  8. If necessary, remove the stability control module bracket nuts (1) and remove the bracket.
