Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor

Install the accelerator pedal/APP sensor over the studs.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the accelerator pedal/APP sensor nuts and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Connect the APP sensor electrical connector.
Inspect below the pedal for binding, to ensure full range of motion.
