Installation Procedure

Install the wheel speed sensor to the suspension knuckle.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the wheel speed sensor bolt (1) and tighten to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

Install the wheel speed sensor harness bracket bolt (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Install the wheel speed sensor harness grommet (1) to the mounting bracket.

Install the wheel speed sensor harness clips (1) to the suspension upper control arm.

Install the wheel speed sensor harness connector to the wheelhouse.
Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (1).
Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle .
