Indicates problem with vehicle speed sensing system. Check the following and repair as necessary.

• Vehicle Speed Sensor - See VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR  under COMPONENT TESTS
• Damaged Or Disconnected Wiring Harness - See WIRING DIAGRAMS 

If all components test okay, replace CCM.
