CRUISE CONTROL CABLES INSPECTION

INSPECTION
1. Confirm there are no sharp bends in cables.
2. Depress the accelerator pedal and check to see the throttle lever moves smoothly from fully closed to fully open.
3. Check inner cables for correct slack.
4. If there is too much slack or no slack, adjust play by the following procedures.

HINT:
1. If the cable is very loose, the loss of speed going uphill will be large.
2. If the cable is too tight, the idle RPM will become high.
