Fail-Safe Mode: Notes

In the event of an ABS or TCS failure, ABS will enter fail-safe mode. In fail-safe mode, Hydraulic and Electronic Control Unit (HECU) disables certain ABS functions while continuing to allow EBD function. See Fig 1 .
