Ignition "OFF"
Disconnect PCM connector.
Measure resistance between terminals 1 of the OTS harness connector and 76 of the PCM harness connector.
Specification : Approx. 0Ω

Is resistance within the specification?
YES
- Go to TERMINAL AND CONNECTOR INSPECTION procedure.
NO
- Repair open circuit and go to VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR procedure
