DTC P0650: Malfunction Indicator Lamp(Mil) Control Circuit: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC DETECTING CONDITION

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical check
  • Open or short between MIL and PCM
  • Contact resistance in connectors
  • Burned out MIL bulb
Enable Conditions
  • 10V < Battery voltage < 16V
Threshold Value
  • Short to ground or battery or line break
Diagnostic Time
  • 10 sec.
