C1702 Variant Coding Error: DTC Detecting Condition

Enable Conditions	During initialization, there is no inputted valid variant code. The EEPROM didn't have variant code. Received variant code is invalid. There is a difference between pre-inputted variant code and re-inputted variant code.
Fail Safe	The ABS/EBD/ESC functions are inhibited. The ABS/EBD/ESC warning lamps are activated.
