Repair Procedures: Removal
- Remove the wheel & tire assembly.

- Disconnect the wheel speed sensor (A) from the knuckle.

- Disconnect the brake hose bracket (A) from the knuckle.

- After loosening the bolts (A), remove the caliper assembly (B) and suspend it with wire.

- Remove the split pin (A) and driveshaft castle nut (B) from the front hub.

- Remove the 2 bolts (A) and disconnect the knuckle from the lower arm assembly.

- Using the special tool (09568-4A000), disconnect the tie rod end from the knuckle.

- Using a plastic hammer, disconnect the driveshaft from the axle hub.

- Loosen the upper arm mounting nut but do not remove it.
- Using the special tool (09568-4A000), disconnect the knuckle from the upper arm assembly (A).

- Remove the front axle and knuckle together.
- Installation is the reverse of removal.
- Check the alignment. (Refer to WHEEL ALIGNMENT
