Monitor GDS Data

IG KEY "ON" & Engine "OFF".
Erase DTC after connecting GDS.
Check Smart Key status if DTC is retrieved.

Is the Smart Key ECM learnt status?
YES
- Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in Smart Key ECM and/or ECM's connector or was resolved and Smart Key ECM memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration or damage. Resolve or replace as necessary and then Proceed to: "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Proceed to: "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
