- Leak in intake or exhaust system.
- Poor connection or damaged harness
- HO2S contamination

| Enable Conditions |
- Upstream O2 sensor operative readiness is detected
- Sensor tip temperature is greater than 640°C (1184°F) or heater max heating or normal heating is more than 30sec.
- O2 sensor forced stimulation is activated
- P0420 (Catalyst Diagnosis) monitoring is activated
- P0133 diagnosis is synchronized with P0420
- Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
