DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal plausibility check (during fuel cut-off)
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. HO2S contamination
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is between 10V and 16
  • Downstream O2 sensor operative readiness is detected
  • Integrated air mass flow since last fuel cut-off is bigger than 450g
  • Integrated air mass flow since fuel cut-off begin is between 16g and 250g
Threshold Value
  • Downstram HO2S voltage is higher than 0.2V during fuel cut-off phase
Diagnostic Time
  • 0.5 sec.
Mil On Condition
  • 2 Drive Cycles
