Repair Procedures: Removal
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the luggage side trim.
(Refer to Body - "LUGGAGE SIDE TRIM ")
- Disconnect the power PTG spindle connector (A).
- Using a screwdriver, lift up slightly the socket clips (A).CAUTION: Take care not to be closed the tail gate, when removing the lift.
- If it is necessary, remove the nuts and replace the PTG spindle bracket (A).
