Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery (-) terminal.
  2. Disconnect the accelerator position sensor connector (A).

  3. Remove the installation nuts (A) and then remove the accelerator pedal module.

    Tightening torque: 

    12.7 - 15.7 N.m (1.3 - 1.6 kgf.m, 9.4 - 11.6 lb-ft)
