Component Inspection

  1. Measure the FTPS output voltage using the diagnostic tool.

    Specification:  Refer to "SPECIFICATION "

- Removal 

  1. Release the residual pressure in fuel line.

    (Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "RELEASE RESIDUAL PRESSURE IN FUEL LINE ")

  2. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery (-) terminal.
  3. Remove the rear seat assembly.

    (Refer to Body (Interior and Exterior) - "REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY REPAIR PROCEDURES ")

  4. Remove the luggage side trim.

    (Refer to Body (Interior and Exterior) - "LUGGAGE SIDE TRIM REPAIR PROCEDURES ")

  5. Remove the rear floor carpet (A).

  6. Remove the fuel pump service cover (A) after loosening the screw.

  7. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor connector (A).

  8. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor (A) after releasing the hooks vertically.
