Possible Causes

DTC is detected when an excessively high voltage from EVAP control system pressure sensor is sent to ECM. Possible causes are:

EVAP control system pressure sensor circuit is open or shorted.
Faulty EVAP control system pressure sensor.
Faulty EVAP canister vent control valve.
Faulty EVAP canister.
Faulty rubber hose from EVAP canister vent control valve to vehicle frame.
