Fail-Safe Mode
When Malfunction "A" or "B" is detected in 2 consecutive trips, the ECM enters fail-safe mode and MIL illuminates. When Malfunction "C" is detected, even on 1st trip, ECM enters fail-safe mode and MIL illuminates.
