Assembly

To assemble, reverse disassembly procedure, noting the following:
1. Attach weights to governor shaft, aligning the ``10'' mark with the stopper.
2. Attach signal rotor to governor shaft, then apply grease to top of signal rotor and seal with cover.
3. When installing governor shaft, apply oil to shaft and washer.
4. After installing new collar retaining pin, peen over ends using a suitable punch.
5. When installing new collar, select washer cap to make clearance between collar and housing from .006-.020 inch.
