Fuel Cut System
This system shuts flow of fuel off during vehicle deceleration to reduce exhaust emissions. Throttle valve switch position controls its operation.
Fuel cut system is activated during deceleration when vehicle speed is more than 20 MPH, engine speed is more than 1850 RPM and throttle valve is closed.
Fuel injection begins again when vehicle speed has dropped below 6 MPH and engine speed has dropped below 1250 RPM.
