Electronic EGR controller will open vacuum switching valve when coolant temperature is over 131°F (55°C), engine is between 1200-2800 RPM and throttle position sensor voltage is less than or equal to .0007 X engine RPM + 2.52 volts.

Electronic EGR controller will also open vacuum switching valve when coolant temperature is over 131°F (55°C), engine is over 2800 RPM and throttle position sensor voltage is less than or equal to 4.48 volts.
