ECM (Main) Relay

  1. Located in relay box, near battery and is powered through No. 8 (10 amp) fuse in interior fuse block. Remove relay from 6-wire connector. Only 4 connectors are used.
  2. Apply 12 volts to White/Yellow (No. 5) wire terminal and ground (Black No. 4) wire terminal. Continuity should exist between White (No. 1) and Black (No. 3) wire terminals. If continuity does not exist, replace relay. If battery voltage is not present, check fuse.
