Mixture Control (Duty) Solenoid Functional Check

Disconnect O2 sensor and idle (vacuum) switch. With ignition on and engine stopped, check for repeated clicks from solenoid. If solenoid does not click, replace duty solenoid. If solenoid clicks, it passes functional test.
