Starter Does Not Operate

Check battery voltage. If battery voltage is low, repair charging system or replace battery. If battery voltage is normal, check starting circuit connection(s). Clean connection(s) or properly reconnect. If connections are okay, check starter solenoid and starter. Repair or replace as necessary.
