Anti-Theft Controller Circuit
NOTE:
With anti-theft controller disconnected, starter is inoperative.
Using an ohmmeter or voltmeter, check for continuity or voltage between ground and anti-theft controller connector terminal specified in appropriate ANTI-THEFT CONTROLLER CIRCUIT TEST

. If all circuits test as specified, replace anti-theft controller.
