A/T Gear Position Indicator Input Test
Remove the instrument cluster/gauge assembly. Refer to REMOVAL & INSTALLATION in this article. Disconnect the harness connectors. See Fig 1 . Check for bent, loose or corroded terminals, and repair as necessary. If terminals are okay, perform gear position indicator input test. See Fig 1 . If input tests are as specified, replace printed circuit board.
