Heater Relay

  1. Disconnect heater fan relay. Ensure continuity exists between terminal No. 2 (White/Green wire) and terminal No. 4 (Black wire). Replace relay if circuit does not have continuity. Ensure there is no continuity between terminal No. 1 (Blue/Red wire) and terminal No. 5 (White/Red wire).
  2. Using jumper wires, connect battery voltage to terminal No. 2 (White/Green wire) and ground terminal No. 4 (Black wire). With relay activated, continuity should exist between terminals No. 1 and 5. Replace relay if continuity is not as specified.
