Control Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - IP Accessory in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.




2. Remove the control assembly screws.
3. Remove the control assembly from the instrument panel.




4. Remove the vacuum connectors, as necessary.




5. Remove the electrical connectors, as necessary.
6. Remove the control assembly bulb from the control assembly.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the control assembly bulb to the control assembly.




2. Install the electrical connectors, as necessary.




3. Install the vacuum connectors, as necessary.




4. Install the control assembly into the instrument panel.
5. Install the control assembly screws.
6. Install the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - IP Accessory in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.
