Start-Up Timing Control
WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2001 Isuzu VehiCROSS. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
Start-up timing control will only occur when control panel is in AUTO mode. Start-up timing control will delay blower motor from reaching maximum speed until certain conditions are monitored by automatic control unit. This is done to prevent hot air from being distributed after vehicle has been sitting in the sun or hot climates, or to prevent cold air from blowing before heater system has warmed up.
