Normal Operation

During normal brake system operation, the brake system controls front brake hydraulic circuit using fluid pressure from the master cylinder assisted by the hydraulic booster. The rear brake hydraulic circuit is controlled using only pressure from the hydraulic brake booster (not master cylinder) via the pressure reducing valve. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . During normal operation, the front hydraulic circuits are termed "static" while the rear hydraulic circuit is termed "dynamic".
