Ignition Lock: Service and Repair

RENEW

- Open the bonnet and disconnect the battery earth lead.

- Open the car door.

- Remove the steering wheel. Service and Repair

- Remove the instrument illumination rheostat control knob.

- Remove the screws securing the lower nacelle and remove the nacelle. Service and Repair

- Remove the screws securing the upper nacelle and remove the nacelle. Service and Repair

- Using a suitable punch remove the shear bolts securing the ignition switch.

- Displace the switch.

- Release the ignition switch retaining tags and displace the switch from the lock assembly.
