INCONTROL TOUCH PRO UPDATE USING SDD INCORRECTLY REQUESTS SMARTPHONE PACK ENABLE

TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN

ISSUE

After successfully updating an Infotainment Master Control (IMC) module to the latest Phase 4 software, there may be a message displayed on screen stating,

'Ensure the following InControl Touch Pro Configuration Application is completed 

• InControl Touch Pro - Activation of Smartphone Pack' 

However the application is not visible or available to run on Symptom Driven Diagnostics (SDD).

CAUSE

The message is being incorrectly shown at the end of the update and should not be displayed until the next release of InControl Touch Pro Software.

ACTION

No further action is required and the message in this case can be disregarded. The application will be made available with the release of SDD 154.04.
