- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the tailgate soft close actuator circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the tailgate soft close actuator home position switch circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Install a new tailgate soft close actuator
