DTC B1216-23: Boot/Trunk Motor Close Sensor - Signal stuck low: Action
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the tailgate soft close position switch circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness or install a new tailgate soft close actuator as necessary
