Test 18B - Repairing Disarm Sense Circuit From Remote Keyless Entry Module

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For appropriate wiring diagram, see appropriate chassis wiring diagram in the WIRING DIAGRAMS article.
  1. Determine if all courtesy, dome and cargo lights are functioning properly. Repair interior lights that are not functioning properly.
  2. Disconnect Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) module. See Figure in TEST 3A. Using DRB-II, check courtesy light control circuit voltage at terminal "C" (Violet/Orange wire) of RKE module connector. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open courtesy light control circuit (Violet/Orange wire). Perform TEST VER-1  . If voltage is more than 10 volts, replace RKE module. Perform TEST VER-1  .
