Battery Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair

Battery Temperature Sensor Location:

The battery temperature sensor is located under the vehicle battery and is attached to a mounting hole on the battery tray.

REMOVAL
1. Remove battery.
2. Remove battery tray.
3. Pull sensor up from battery tray and disconnect engine wire harness.
4. Remove sensor from battery tray.

INSTALLATION
1. Position sensor into mounting hole and attach wiring harness.
2. Press sensor into top of battery tray.
3. Install battery.
