Power Door Locks

Power door locks are locked and unlocked using different methods. All doors can be manually locked and unlocked using front door lock switches. When lock button on remote keyless entry transmitter is pressed, all doors will lock. When transmitter unlock button is pressed one time, left front door will unlock. When transmitter unlock button is pressed a second time, all other doors will unlock.

Optional power door lock and unlock features can be programmed into system. This feature is programmed using overhead console. See ELECTRONIC VEHICLE INFORMATION CENTER  under PROGRAMMING. Auto (rolling) door lock feature will automatically lock all door when vehicle speed exceeds 15 MPH and all doors are closed. Auto unlock on exit will automatically unlock all doors when vehicle has come to a complete stop and transmission is placed in Park or Neutral position. For auto unlock on exit to operate properly, auto (rolling) door lock feature will have had to been activated prior to stopping vehicle.
